The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.06.2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 331(4) and 305(a) of BNS Act, in CC.No.565 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Nagapattinam, seeks bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail petition vide order 1/3

dated 13.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27886 of 2025. Immediately the petitioner has filed the present bail petition without exhibiting any change in circumstances. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.
