This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Gudiyatham Town Police Station, Vellore District, to file charge sheet in Cr.No.312/2023, within a stipulated time.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in 2/5

Crime No.312 of 2023 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
