ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.02.2025 in S.C.No.57 of 2025 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Court, Tirupattur, for the offences punishable under Sections 332(b), 118(2), 109(1) and 103(1) of BNS altered to Sections 103(1), 109(2), 118(2), 296(b), 332(1) and 3(5) of BNS in Crime No.55 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The earlier bail applications of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 07.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18608 of 2025 and dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 03.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.21726 of 2025 and again dismissed, vide order dated 25.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.26458 of 2025.
3. The earlier bail application in Crl.O.P.No.26458 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025 was dismissed on the following grounds: "5. Considering the facts, gravity of offence, the previous antecedents of the petitioner, there is no change of circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail application in Crl.O.P.No.18608 of 2025 and the fact that the trial is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution's case and submitted that the case is pending for engaging the counsel and the petitioner has not engaged the counsel for a long period.
5. Considering the facts, that there is no change in circumstances in this petition, and petitioner is also not co-operating the trial process, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
