ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.02.2025, seeking refixation of the petitioner's pension and retirement allowance.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a 2/5

copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
