ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Challenge to the second lock and seal notice issued on 10.10.2025 rests mainly on the ground that, while revision petition filed under Section 80A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 is pending before the revisional authority, the respondents are proceeding with other coercive steps.

2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties bring to the notice of this court that now the revisional authority has passed stay order on 05.11.2025. A copy of the order has also been placed for our perusal.

3. As the proceedings have now been stayed, the same would affect all pending proceedings, including the notice dated 10.10.2025, and no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

4. The petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.47526 of 2025 is closed.

5. It is made clear that we have not commented upon the merits of the matter and it will be open for the decision of the revisional authority.
