When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil court for appropriate remedy. There shall be no order as to costs.
