COMMON ORDER Mr.R.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though the prayer in the present Criminal Original Petition seeks a direction to the III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued as against the second respondent in pursuant to the final order made in M.P.Nos.383 of 2025, 382 of 2025 and 445 of 2025 in M.C.No.287 of 2006, dated 03.06.2025, as on date, the learned III Additional Principal Judge has recalled the warrant and thereby the present petition has become infructuous. However, he submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to challenge the order of recall of warrant.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the order of recall of warrant.
