ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish respondent herein for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.8401 of 2021 dated 08.01.2024.

2. In pursuant to the impugned order and consequent to the order dated 02.12.2025, now it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that the recovery done subsequent to the orders passed in the writ petition has been refunded.

3. Since the order passed in the writ petition has been complied, further action is dropped in this contempt petition.

4. By recording compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. 05-12-2025
