ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Dr.C.E.Pratap, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. The respondents police are also present in Court. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that they have not received any request so far from the civil court seeking police protection. The moment request is received from the civil court concerned for police protection, the respondents police will accord necessary protection. The above statement made by learned Government Advocate is recorded. Recording the above statement, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
