ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.7(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25215 of 2025 dated on 15.09.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25215 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
