ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24896 of 2025, dated 12.09.2025 that "to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders". K.RAJASEKAR, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 20.09.2025 onwards.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24896 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner is directed to continue the same condition for another four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for investigation".

4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
