ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners state that the suit has been filed for partition and separate possession and the petitioners' sister, one Periyapappa died on 27.01.2022 and inadvertently, her legal representatives are not brought on record in the suit and subsequently, the suit was disposed of on 25.04.2023.

3.In the light of the fact that the suit has been dismissed, no prejudice would be caused to the legal representatives of the deceased Periyapappa, who are now sought to be impleaded in the appeal. 4.In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeal suit, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
