ORDER

This petition is filed to accept the cause title as given in the above CRP adding the Inspector of Police, K1 Sembium Police Station, Perambur, Chennai600011 as the 2 nd respondent.

2. Mr.R.Manickavel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police aid assistance has been ordered by the executing court. In order to effectively carry out any directions, the petitioner has now included the array of the party/the Inspector of Police, K1 Sembium Police Station, Perambur, Chennai- 600011 as the 2 nd respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition, seeking to accept the cause title.

4. I have satisfied myself with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

5. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

7. Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter for admission on 24.11.2025.
