The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the second respondent/de facto complainant, the first respondent Police are conducting an enquiry in C.S.R.No.346 of 2025 and that the petitioner was called only for enquiry.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now the petitioner and the de facto complainant/second respondent have amicably settled the dispute between them.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
