ORDER

The petitioner herein, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.08.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(2), 351(3) and 109 of BNS in Crime No.219 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 15.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28207 of 2025 for the following reasons: "Considering the facts, nature of offence and the fact that the victim is not yet discharged and is still taking treatment in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the fact that, the earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 15.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28207 of 2025, the present bail petition is filed immediately on 22.10.2025 without any change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
