This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the Writ Appeal Sr.No.151428 of 2025.

2.Mr.V.Prakash, learned senior counsel for Mr.K.Sudalaikannu, takes notice for the sole respondent and submitted that he has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 73 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
