The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the third respondent and their officials from demolishing the petitioner's residential house situated in the land leased by Arulmigu Nageshwara Swamy Temple, Thirunageshwaram, Kundrathur Town and Taluk, Kancheepuram District, without following due process of law and without payment of compensation for the 2/5

petitioner's superstructure by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2025.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in occupation of the land owned by Arulmigu Nageshwara Swamy Temple and the same was leased by the Temple in favour of the petitioner, however, the third respondent is trying to demolish the petitioner's house.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the disputed land will be taken over by the Government only after following due process of law.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.11.2025 pri Index: Yes/ No Speaking Order: Yes/ No NCC: Yes/ No 3/5
