The present application has been filed by the applicant / petitioner to amend the address of the respondent in the cause title and wherever it is necessary. 2.According to the applicant, he has filed the main O.P for appointment of Guardian. While mentioning the name of the respondent, he has stated his address wrongly. Therefore, he now seeks permission of this Court to incorporate the correct address of the respondent wherever it is required, and hence, he has preferred the present application.

3.So far, no notice has been served on the respondent in this case. Now, the applicant wants to amend the address of the respondent. Therefore, it is appropriate to allow this application.

4.This application stands allowed accordingly. The applicant / petitioner is hereby permitted to amend the cause title of the Original Petition and wherever the correct address of the respondent is required.
