This application has been filed to amend the name of the business of the defendant mentioned in the plaint.

2. According to the applicant, he is the plaintiff in the main suit and he filed the suit for partition and separate possession. In the suit, the name of the business of the defendants has been wrongly mentioned as "New Prasad Jewelers instead of "Kota Prasad Jewellers" in the plaint in paragraph Nos.9,10,13 & 14 and therefore, the typographical error is to be corrected.

3. The other side have not filed any counter, however, they have strongly objected in allowing the application.

4. This court has also perused the records and finds that the amendment pertains only to the name of the business of the defendants due to a typographical error.
