ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Court, Gudiyatham to dispose of H.M.O.P.No. 41 of 2024 within a specified time.

The petitioner herein filed a petition for divorce against the respondent. Though the petition was filed on 29.01.2024, till date, there is no substantial progress and hence the petitioner has come forward before this Court.

A perusal of the typed-set of papers and the adjudication sheet filed along with this revision indicates that the counter of the respondent was filed as early as 21.02.2025 and there is no substantial progress in the matter. 4.
In such circumstances and having regard to the date of petition, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Subordinate Court, Gudiyatham to dispose of H.M.O.P.No. 41 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
