ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24915 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025, passed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Sankaran Koil and report before the Sankaran Koil Police Station at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three months, thereafter, appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24915 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
