ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the condition No.6(c) imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 23.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.26143 of 2025 by modifying to appear K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.20671 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.26143 of 2025 ssi before XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week, instead of appearing before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel on both sides, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26143 of 2025, dated 08.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required for investigation.
