ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 4th respondent to permit the petitioner's daughter to attend the classes. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.10.2025, considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, this Court ordered notice to the 4th respondent. The learned Mrs.S Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader, took notice on behalf of Respondents 1 to 4. 3.

After service of notice, the matter was listed for hearing

on 03.11.2025. On that day, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 on instructions submitted that the petitioner's daughter has rejoined the school from 31.10.2025. Even though, this Court was inclined to record the said statement and close the writ petition, considering the future of the petitioner's daughter and also considering the interest of the 4th respondent school, this Court directed the petitioner to be present along with his daughter. This Court also directed the 4th respondent to be present and listed the matter for hearing in the chamber today. 4.

I had a one to one discussion with the petitioner, his wife and daughter. I also held discussion with the Headmistress of the school and also the class teacher.

I took this opportunity to inform the parents and also the teachers that all of us have a collective responsibility to support the concerned student. I also advised the student that she owes a responsibility to her family and also to the educational institution, which is determining her future.

The parents and also the Headmistress of the 4th respondent school, in unison, stated that they will afford proper advise to the student and support her and ensure that no such incident happens in future.

Recording the above developments and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner's daughter has started going to the school from 31.10.2025 onwards, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 05-11-2025 rka Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
