ORDER

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the amendment application has been filed consequent upon the death of the 1st plaintiff. The 2nd plaintiff and defendant are the daughter and son of the 1st plaintiff. In view of the death of the 1st plaintiff, there has been a change in the shares between the parties, and accordingly, the amendment is sought.

2. The respondent has filed no counter and has also not made any representation.

3. Considering the consequential nature of the amendment, the application is allowed. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment.

4. Post the matter after two weeks.
