India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to consider and dispose petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2025 requesting to survey and to lay boundary stones to petitioner's agricultural land comprised in Survey Nos.300/2C2 and 300/2C3 situate at Vadakarai Village, Thenkaraikottai Post, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District, admeasuring an extent of 0.36.00 and 0.09.0 hectares respectively, as per the revenue records, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 27.09.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for laying boundary stones.

2. Heard Mr.D.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.N.Naveenkumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 6.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject property by virtue of a sale deed dated 01.10.2020 registered as document No.4206 of 2020. The petitioner was also issued patta in 2/4

Patta No.2375 and a joint patta in patta No.2385. The petitioner had submitted an application on 12.07.2023 to the fourth respondent seeking survey of the property and for demarcation of boundaries in order to get separate patta in his name. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to respondents 4 and 5 to act upon the representation made by the petitioner and conduct survey in the subject property based on the title document and the patta issued in the name of the petitioner. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. This process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
