ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.10.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 352(ii), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.396 of 2006 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The allegation of the petitioner is that this petitioner was earlier arrested and granted bail for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 352(ii), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.396 of 2006. Subsequently, after committal the petitioner was regularly appeared and he was not appeared on 15.09.2025 and subsequently it is stated that the petitioner is surrendered on 04.10.2025. Hence, the case.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is voluntarily surrendered and he was absent for only one hearing and he cooperate for trial proceedings and he was arrested on 04.10.2025 and he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that no previous case pending against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. Considering the fact that the petitioner was jumped on bail on 15.09.2025, immediately he was surrendered before the trial Court on 04.10.2025 and NBW is also dismissed and the petitioner was remanded, he is regularly appeared before the trial Court.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvarur, and on further conditions that:- [a] the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass Book to ensure their identity;

[b] the petitioner shall report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter all the hearing dates he must appear before the trial Court; [c] the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial;
[d] the petitioner shall not tamper with the evidence or witness either during investigation or trial; [e] On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560];
[f] If the accused thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 269 B.N.S.
