ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.9594/2025 in Crime No.124/2025 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai dated 09.10.2025 by relaxing the conditions clause (b) in Cri.M.P.No.7043/2025 dated 19.08.2025.

2. The petitioner has filed Crl.MP. No. 7043 of 2025 before the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 179 and 180 BNS in crime No. 124 of 2025. On hearing both sides, the Sessions judge granted bail to the petitioner on the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m.,. Thereafter, the petitioner herein filed Crl.MP. No. 9594 of 2025 in Crl.M.P No. 7043 of 2025 for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.MP. No. 7043 of 2025. Upon hearing both sides, the Sessions judge, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police weekly once. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against A3 is that she handed over fake currency note to A1. In turn, A1 attempted to deposit the said note before the bank. As on date the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court. The petitioner is widow living with male child, who underwent operation and the petitioner alone taking care of her son. Hence, he prays to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner is complying with condition.

5. Heard both sides.

6. A perusal of records, it is apparent that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by the Court. Hence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to report before respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Thus, the order passed in Crl.MP. No. 9594 of 2025 in Crl.M.P No. 7043 of 2025 by Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai is set aside and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. 12-11-2025 pbl To 1.The Inspector of Police Cyber Crime Branch, Forgery Investigating Wing, Beta-10, Greater Chennai Police, Vepery, Chennai.
