ORDER
The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to Subordinate Judge, Gingee to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.37 of 2020 within a time fixed by this Court.
2. The plaintiff filed a suit for declaration of title and for recovery of 1/3
vacant possession. The suit is of the year 2020.
3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the written statement was filed as early as 11.09.2020 and the trial in the suit was already commenced. It is also seen that crossexamination of DW2 was already over on 04.11.2025.
4. Taking into consideration the suit is of the year 2020 and the trial is in advance stage, this Court is inclined to direct the trial court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
5. With this direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
