This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner/second respondent in the main Writ Petitions to amend the cause title in the above Writ Petition in respect of the second respondent therein as Tariff Authority for Major Ports (TAMP) with Director, Adjudicating Board for Major Ports, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India, IV Floor, Bhandar Bhavan, Muzawar Pakhadi Road, Mazagaon, Mumbai 400 010 instead of The Tariff Authority for Major Ports, (TAMP) rep. by its Chairperson, IV Floor, Bhandar Bhavan, M.P.Road, Mazgaon, Mumbai 400 010.
