ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 28.07.2021 in Na.Ka.No.184/mines/2020 and to quash the same.
2. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 6th respondent, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with. Page No.2 of 6
3. Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. With the consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. The case of the petitioner is that the 6th respondent has approached the 3rd respondent seeking to grant license for quarrying rough stones of patta land in S.F.No.179/A1B. Pursuant to the application of the 6th respondent, the 3rd respondent granted quarry license in favour of the 6th respondent in respect of the said private patta land, vide impugned order dated 28.07.2021. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the 6th respondent was granted license in the year 2021 itself, however, he did not operate the quarry from 2021 to till date. Further, she submitted that there are high tension electricity lines running within 15 meters from the subject quarry lands and through the said lines, electricity is given. Objecting the same, the petitioner has made a representation before the Page No.3 of 6
respondents 1 to 5 on 07.09.2025. Hence, she submitted that the official respondents may be directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2025, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above, this Court, without interfering with the impugned order, directs the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry in between the petitioner and the 6th respondent, by considering the representation dated 07.09.2025, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent.
