consequential arrears of pay, leave salary and gratuity with interest at 9% p.a. within a period as may be fixed by this Court and based on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.11.2024. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to sanction and disburse the second and third MACP benefits in favour of the petitioner, along with all consequential arrears of pay, leave salary and gratuity with interest at 9% p.a., based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in

accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
