ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.08.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w.22(b), 22(c), 25 and 29(1) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985 in Crime No.564 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide dated 16.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.Nos.26786 & 27554 of 2025. Now the second bail application has been filed without any change in circumstances, and this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
