1/4

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.09.2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 303(2) and 326(a) of BNS in Crime No.66 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 08.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27550 of 2025 on the following reasons: " 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the allegations against the petitioners, taking note of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), considering the fact that the petitioners had illegally transported river sand from the Pallar river which serves as a life line for several districts of Tamil Nadu, thereby, causing damage to ecology and environment, this Court is not inclined to grant bail the petitioners ".

3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, 2/4

I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 03.11.2025 Vv To
