ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23948 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m, for the period of three months.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the investigation is completed and final report is also been filed.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23948 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all hearing dates as fixed by the Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
