ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 08/08/2025 and provide adequate police protection for fencing over the lands pertaining to the property comprised in Survey Nos.2/4C, 2/8, 2/5A1, 2/7A, 2/3B2, 2/4A2, 18/2B, totally ad measuring Acre 44.34 Cents, without any interference from the respondents 4, 5 and 6 or their men, agents or any third party.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the land comprising in Survey Nos.2/4C, 2/8, 2/5A1, 2/7A, 2/3B2, 2/4A2, 18/2B, totally ad measuring Acre 44.34 Cents. The petitioner had intended to fence the land, which was objected by the respondents 4, 5 and 6. Therefore, the petitioner has

approached the third respondent seeking police protection. The respondent police had conducted enquiry, but they had not given police protection, and thereby the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this present petition. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.926 of 2025; during the enquiry, it was found that there was a boundary dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6, thereby, they have been directed to approach the appropriate forum; and in the event of the petitioner obtaining orders from the appropriate forum, the respondent police are ready to provide police protection to the petitioner.
