ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.
2. This petition was filed ventilating a grievance that the condition of the road/street is extremely bad and there is no proper drainage system to manage the rain water outflow. This aspect was taken note of and the respondents were directed to file reply.
3. The reply filed by the respondents shows that the works of restoration of road and construction of storm water drain are in progress.
4. The restoration of road and construction of storm water drain should be completed within a time schedule to ensure that the difficulties of the residents of the area are taken care of. More than
this, no further direction can be issued.
5. The writ petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
