O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to disburse the earned leave calculated at the rate of 32 days per year from 01.01.1990 till the date of the petitioner's retirement together with the interest @ of 18 percentage P.A for the delayed period from 30.09.2017 till the date of payment at the earliest.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
