The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.08.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 87 of BNS r/w 5(1), 6(1) r/w 17 of POCSO Act, 5(1)(a), 8(b) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1/4
1956, in Crime No.84 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were running a brothel under the guise of a spa. Based on secret information, the police conducted an inspection and rescued three women, including one minor girl. Hence, the present complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the investigation has been completed. He further submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 22.08.2025. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail.
4. From the records, it is seen that the earlier bail applications filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.25921 and 27862 of 2025 were dismissed by this Court on 22.09.2025 and 10.10.2025 respectively, on the ground that the investigation was still pending. It was further alleged that the petitioner, along with the other accused, had forcibly assaulted the victim girls and compelled them into prostitution.

Considering the fact that the earlier bail applications filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court on merits, and taking into account the grave and serious nature of the allegations as well as the fact that this is the third bail petition with no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the same.
