ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to provide alternative duty as mandated in the Disability Act in same scale of the Pay along with continuity of service and other benefits.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by subjecting the petitioner for medical examination.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
