This petition is filed to amend the petition and order copy as offence under Sections 120B, 409, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 instead of 108 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha and Crime No.13 of 2025 instead of 27 of 2025 in the order copy of above Crl.O.P.No.23478 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition to amend as Sections 120B, 409, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 instead of 108 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha and Crime No.13 of 2025 instead of 27 of 2025 in the order copy of above Crl.O.P.No.23478 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025.
