This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 784 days in filing the petition to set aside the dismissal order against the 1st respondent in CRP dated 02.08.2023 due to nonservice of notice and restore the same.

2. In view that the Civil Revision Petition stood restored to file by orders in CMP No. 29856 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025, no orders are required to be made in the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Hence, the same is closed.
