ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 13.09.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in her name. 2.Heard Mr.A.Elamparithi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3.The case of the petitioner is that she has purchased the subject property by virtue of a registered Sale Deed dated 02.04.2013 and registered as Document No.1940/2013. The petitioner made a representation dated
3/6 13.09.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in her name. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the property presently stands in the name of the Government in the revenue records. However, the representation made by the petitioner dated 13.09.2025, will be considered by the 3rd respondent and the decision will be conveyed to the petitioner, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
5.In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 13.09.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law and convey the decision to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
