This petition is filed to condone the delay of 243 days in preferring the present second appeal against the judgment decree dated 19.09.2024 made in A.S.No.17 of 2017 on the file of the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC and ST case Namakkal, Confirming the judgment and decree dated 07.12.2016, made in O.S.No.61 of 2008 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Namakkal.
