ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition i.e., "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27198 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27198 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".
4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
