Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conduct the upcoming inter - directorate transfer counselling for the post of Assistant Professor under the control of the third respondent in accordance with the Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations, 2025 issued by the National Medical Commission and thereby to permit the petitioners to participate in the same.

2. On instructions, the learned Special Counsel for the Health Department appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 5 submitted that the inter - directorate transfer counselling will be done in accordance with the Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations, 2025.

3. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
