ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2024 and to settle and release petitioner unpaid minimum daily fees of sum of Rs.7,86,900 /- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Eighty Six Thousands and Nine Hundred only ) to the petitioner.
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2024 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
