ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24900 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

gbi 10.30 a.m., for a period of twelve weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 27.09.2025 till date.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24900 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 am, for a period of four more weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
