ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23606 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23606 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 am, for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
