These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 310 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel who takes notice on behalf of the second respondent, stated that he has no objection to these petitions being allowed.

Though notice has been served on the first respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, none appears on his behalf. 4.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions being satisfactory, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered and consequently, the delay of 310 days in filing these appeals is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimants/petitioners will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 310 days, in the appeals.
