The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Court, Salem to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.938 of 2024, within time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for partition against the respondents. It is seen from the adjudication sheet filed in the typed-set of papers, pleadings of parties are completed and the suit is in the stage of framing issues. Though the suit was posted for framing of issues as early as 09.07.2025, thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the matter. Hence, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District Court, Salem to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.938 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
